You've got to learn to spend more of yourself to watching and feeling the Life that is happening with you NOW, and pay less attention to the problems of tomorrow, and situations of the past. Guess what - it doesn't matter how many times you think about the future problem in your head, because you will face with it only when it will happen, and you will deal with it only when it will happen. Planning is good, but worrying is something that you should remove from your mind...
