Prequel to this post is here...

Nowadays there are more and more different diets, nutrition systems, weight loss methods and other ways to “improve” the health and appearance somehow. There is a whole fields of opportunities for profit. The so-called “science” supports all this with it's “research”.
Nutrition is based on the calculation of calories, proteins, carbohydrates, what is fundamentally wrong, about that later. Even vitamins and substances that come to the body are not some kind of determining factor. All the “scientific” research of the right nutrition are primitive and miss the important nuances, mostly because of beliefs and distorted world outlook. “Scientists” (in this case we talk about those, who are engaged in nutrition research) base their research not on the facts (even if these facts don't fit in the known picture of reality), but on their convictions and guesswork about how everything supposed to happen. And there are groups of “scientists”, who are especially lobby for these or other results of research, in order to further promote sales of certain products.
All this is a rotten system to the bone.
Now to the things that are more closer to our health. There are facts that directly contradict all of the nutrition research of “scientists”, all of the recommendations of medicine. There are living examples of people around the world who followed their path, paying no attention to the tentacles of the system. Also there are examples of the past, that too, to put it mildly, cause doubt in the current methods of scientific research, and indeed the science in general.
The following articles are about such examples. Also, a significant number of next articles will be devoted to raw food.
