About all that was said we could summarize.
The whole industry of healthy lifestyle: all medicine, pharmacology, cosmetology, plastic surgery, dentistry, the production of various vitamins, various methods of rejuvenation and of slowing the aging processes, figure correction, the fight against excessive weight, special private institutions to develop new methods of fighting the various diseases and dozens or hundreds of other areas – all of it sucks out everything from the people to the last, and in the end, taking the life itself.
And the most stunning of all the promised results of this vicious industry are not even close to the results that everyone can get switching to raw foodism, and it also brings big savings.
Virtually all diseases that medicine considers incurable leave as a result of raw mono foodism.
Also from personal experience I can say that raw mono foodism (one product consumed as a meal) is dozen times more effective than simple raw foodism (a mixture of products, including various salads). So when switching from simple raw foodism to raw mono, the person feels a strong increase in the intensity of cleaning processes, which in turn gives fast results, but also can bring unbearable discomfort.
Therefore I propose an adaptive “method” of transition to full raw mono foodism.
If you have decided to switch to raw mono foodism, it is best to do it smoothly. How smoothly – your body tells you. But before you start – study materials from web-site http://www.syromonoed.com/
Thus, the principle is simple, all consumed foods you divide to the raw one (live plant), and thermally treated, and do not consume them together under any circumstances.
I.e. the raw food meal starts with breakfast and continues until you are comfortable with raw food, and as soon as you feel that you need to eat something cooked for comfort – eat cooked, but after that, until next morning – consume completely nothing raw.
And so with each day passing the time of staying at raw mono foodism will increase, and the time with thermally processed foods will diminish. This approach largely prevents unnecessary crisis conditions in the transition period.
It is advisable to make such a smooth transition “tough”. That is, for example, at the first day you stay on raw food before 11 o’clock in the morning, and then eat only cooked food. The next day you consciously stay on raw food for at least one hour longer, if you are comfortable enough – you can stay for two hours longer. And so every day you eat raw food longer in a fixed time (which time exactly – you choose for yourself, focusing on your state of health, but there is no sense to increase the time more than 2 hours a day – no).
Let’s say that you have chosen time increase of raw food consumption for 2 hours per day. So if at the first day you stayed until 10 AM, then the transition will take one week. And every day the processes will go stronger and stronger, but because the intensity of these processes grows smoothly, then it will not cause such sever discomfort as it could be on a sharp transition.
But before switching to raw foodism – determine the motive. Why are you doing it? Motivation – is a half of the success.
You don’t need incentive (something that pulls you from the outside), but you need motivation (something that moves you from within). Motivation will arise by itself, if the expected results from raw mono foodism will coincide with your sincere desires, or at least will bring you closer to fulfillment of your desires.
