Proper physical development leads to spiritual development, and vice versa. If this doesn't happen, then there are errors.

Spirituality is a Love to the Life and reverence for Life.

But this is not that love, not that reverence, and not that life, which can have visible manifestations, so it's not something that you could see somewhere, hear, read or talk about. This is relevant only to the inner essence of a person. The above definition is just words, and that is why nobody can know what spirituality means, until he acquires it himself.

There is no spirituality in temples, churches, and mosques, it's not on the street, and at home, and not in books, prayers and sermons, not in religions and scriptures. Spirituality exists only in some people; each of them has found it by himself.

Spirituality is directly related to Love and Life.

I don't think you can reach Spiritual development until your physical development is there as well as your needs are covered in Maslows hierarchy. I also feel that spiritual development can help your body in many ways as well too such as through weight management and help back pain. It can really do you good to be one with yourself.
